Hey, so all kickstarter orders minus a few bigger ones have been ship. I am just waiting on some boxes for the bigger orders and those will be out tomorrow.
I have a few things to go over.
1 If you ordered a helix 1 their was NOT suppose to be an option for a full ceramic bearing at all, just hybrid ceramic. I noticed this a few days ago as i was packaging them. So upgraded all the helix ones that bought full ceramic option to hybrid and i cleared all the helix 1 models for free which more then out weighs the cost. I apologies for this, it was something that went wrong on the backer kit and tried ot fix but could not refund the purchases.
FLAME WORK. If you ordered the flame work, This is a collaboration between me and a glass blow in vancouver which is a 13 hours drive from me. And i will not be able to get down there for a few more weeks so i sent everyone that ordered flamed regular stainless and i will either credit your next purchase or send you money via pay pal.

Service announcement! If you are international ... so not Canada or US anywhere else and you want international air it might take 2-8 weeks to ship to you and it's not insured or tracked. If you ordered fast shipping on my web site your fine! so I am letting you know. If you cheap out I can't do anything about it. I have not shipped anything out besides Canada and US I am waiting for one more shipping company to add me so I can see about better pricing and faster shipping for you guys. HEY, everyone i just wanted to give you guys an update. So been working all weekend and its going well. Since i am from Canada i have to use 3 different shipping company's because some rates are just crazy using 1 company to get product out internationally and to the USA. So not having as much fun as i wish, lol. Anyway have a great Sunday.
